SUGGESTED USE: USE ½ SERVING (1/2 scoop) INITIALLY TO ASSESS CAFFEINE TOLERANCE. On training days, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 10-12 ounces of cold water 15-30 minutes prior to your workout. DO NOT take within 4-5 hours of bedtime. Taking 315pre on a full stomach may diminish its effects. Many individuals notice the initial energy, mental focus and volumizing effects within 10-15 minutes of ingestion, with a progressive increase every few minutes after.

WARNING: DO NOT exceed 1 serving (1 scoop) per training day. Avoid eating within 45 minutes of taking 315pre. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18 years. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not take for more than (8) consecutive weeks. This product should not be taken by women that are pregnant, contemplating pregnancy or lactating women. CAFFEINE WARNING: The recommended serving of this product contains approximately as much caffeine as 1-3 cups of coffee. Do not consume caffeine or combine with other stimulant sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks, weight-loss products, etc. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Discontinue use if you experience dizziness, severe headache and/or rapid heartbeat.
